Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings, salon services, memberships, bridal services, payments, gift cards, website usage, and client conduct at Navyaz Prive – Luxury Beauty Lounge.

1. About Navyaz Prive

These Terms & Conditions apply to Navyaz Prive – Luxury Beauty Lounge, owned by Suhani Bhardwaj, located at Bldg No-176, Sector 7 Road, Sector 7, Malviya Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302017.

By booking an appointment, purchasing a membership, making payment, visiting our salon, using our website, or contacting us through WhatsApp, phone, email, or forms, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Appointment Booking

  • Appointments are subject to availability of artists, staff, rooms, and service slots.
  • Clients are requested to provide accurate name, phone number, service preference, and appointment details.
  • Navyaz Prive may confirm bookings through phone, WhatsApp, SMS, email, or other communication channels.
  • The salon may request advance payment for selected services, premium slots, bridal services, packages, or high-value bookings.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payments may be accepted through Cashfree Payment Gateway, UPI, cards, cash, or other approved modes.
  • Payment confirmation is subject to successful transaction approval.
  • Failed, delayed, or disputed transactions may require re-verification before service confirmation.
  • Navyaz Prive does not store complete card details, CVV, UPI PIN, or banking passwords.

4. Cancellation, Refund & Rescheduling

  • Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
  • All salon services are non-refundable once booked, availed, partially availed, or completed.
  • No refund shall be provided after service completion. Genuine service concerns may be reviewed at management discretion.
  • Late cancellations, same-day cancellations, or missed appointments may require fresh booking or advance payment.
  • Navyaz Prive reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to staff availability, emergencies, technical issues, operational reasons, or unavoidable circumstances.

5. Late Arrival & No-Show Policy

  • Clients arriving 15 minutes or more late may need rescheduling if other bookings are lined up.
  • Late arrival may result in reduced service time to avoid delay for other clients.
  • In case of no-show, rebooking will be required.
  • Any advance paid for selected bookings may be adjusted or forfeited depending on service type and booking terms.

6. Membership & Package Terms

Navyaz Prive offers salon memberships and service packages with plan-specific benefits, validity, and usage rules.

  • Silver Plan: Valid for 2 months.
  • Gold Plan: Valid for 3 months.
  • Diamond Plan: Valid for 6 months.
  • Memberships and packages are strictly individual and cannot be used by another person.
  • Memberships and packages are non-refundable once purchased.
  • Unused services, discounts, complimentary benefits, or package value cannot be converted into cash.
  • Benefits are valid only during the stated membership/package validity period.
  • Appointments under memberships are subject to salon availability and prior booking.

7. Bridal, Home & Destination Services

  • Bridal bookings require minimum 50% advance payment to confirm the booking.
  • Bridal advance payment is strictly non-refundable.
  • Rescheduling is allowed subject to artist availability, date availability, and prior notice.
  • Navyaz Prive provides home bridal makeup and destination bridal services, subject to availability.
  • Travel, stay, conveyance, early morning charges, waiting charges, and outside Jaipur service charges may apply separately.
  • For services outside Jaipur, additional charges will be communicated based on location, team requirement, timing, and logistics.
  • Any change in venue, timing, number of people, look requirement, or additional service may attract extra charges.

8. Gift Card Terms

  • Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
  • Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Expired, lost, stolen, damaged, or misused gift cards may not be replaced or reissued.
  • Gift cards can be used only for eligible salon services at Navyaz Prive, unless stated otherwise.

9. Women-Focused Salon & Guest Policy

  • Navyaz Prive is a luxury beauty lounge focused on women’s salon and beauty services.
  • Only one extra guest may accompany a client, subject to space and salon comfort.
  • Kids under 8 years are allowed, but guardians are responsible for their safety and conduct.
  • Male companions are not allowed inside the salon service area.
  • The salon may restrict guests during rush hours, bridal bookings, private services, or safety-sensitive treatments.

10. Health, Allergy & Client Responsibility

Clients must disclose any allergies, skin sensitivity, pregnancy, medical conditions, recent treatments, hair/scalp concerns, medications, or previous chemical treatments before availing services.

Navyaz Prive will take reasonable professional care, but shall not be responsible for reactions, irritation, sensitivity, breakage, color variation, or unexpected results arising due to undisclosed conditions, previous treatments, product reactions, or incorrect information provided by the client.

11. Product, Chemical & Result Disclaimer

  • Beauty, hair, skin, nail, and chemical service results may vary from person to person.
  • Results depend on hair condition, skin type, previous treatments, aftercare, lifestyle, product history, and natural texture.
  • Navyaz Prive does not guarantee identical results to reference images shown by clients.
  • Clients must follow recommended aftercare instructions to maintain service results.
  • The salon is not responsible for reduced results caused by incorrect aftercare, external products, or services taken elsewhere.

12. Photography & Social Media Consent

Navyaz Prive may request permission to capture before/after photos, videos, reels, or service results for portfolio, training, website, Instagram, Facebook, or promotional use.

Identifiable client media will be used for promotional purposes only with client consent. Clients may request removal of identifiable media by contacting us.

13. Personal Belongings & Liability

  • Clients are responsible for their personal belongings, jewellery, bags, phones, cash, cards, and valuables.
  • Navyaz Prive shall not be liable for loss, theft, damage, or misplacement of personal items within salon premises.
  • Clients are advised not to carry unnecessary valuables during salon visits.
  • The salon shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, emotional, special, or consequential damages except where required by applicable law.

14. Salon Etiquette & Right to Refuse Service

  • Clients are expected to maintain respectful behavior toward staff, artists, management, and other guests.
  • Abusive language, harassment, misconduct, unsafe behavior, intoxication, hygiene concerns, or policy violation will not be accepted.
  • Navyaz Prive reserves the right to refuse, stop, or discontinue service in case of misconduct, safety concerns, hygiene issues, operational limitations, or violation of salon policies.
  • Outside beauty products may not be used during services unless approved by salon management.

15. Website Usage

  • Users must not misuse the website, submit false information, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with website functionality.
  • Website content, service descriptions, pricing, offers, and availability may be updated from time to time.
  • Images, text, design, branding, and content on the website belong to Navyaz Prive or respective rights holders.
  • Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or commercial use of website content is not permitted.

16. Offers, Pricing & Service Availability

  • Prices, offers, discounts, memberships, packages, and service availability may change without prior notice.
  • Promotional offers cannot be combined unless specifically mentioned.
  • Complimentary benefits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
  • Navyaz Prive may correct pricing errors, service listing errors, or offer mistakes at its discretion.

17. Privacy & Communication Consent

By using our website, booking services, submitting forms, or contacting us through WhatsApp, phone, or email, clients consent to collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Navyaz Prive may communicate appointment confirmations, reminders, offers, membership updates, bridal details, and service information through WhatsApp, SMS, phone, email, or social media channels.

18. Third-Party Platforms

Our website or communication may include links to third-party platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Google Maps, Cashfree Payment Gateway, or other external websites. Navyaz Prive is not responsible for third-party content, policies, technical issues, payment delays, or external platform practices.

19. Changes to Terms

Navyaz Prive may update these Terms & Conditions at any time to reflect changes in business operations, legal requirements, service policies, membership plans, pricing, or website features. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

20. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws of India. Any dispute, claim, or legal proceeding arising from bookings, services, memberships, payments, bridal services, website usage, or salon policies shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

Important Notice:

By booking appointments, purchasing memberships, bridal packages, gift cards, making payments, or using services at Navyaz Prive, clients acknowledge and agree to all terms including non-refundable service terms, 24-hour cancellation policy, 15-minute late arrival policy, individual membership usage, bridal advance terms, and applicable salon guidelines.
