4. Payment & Transaction Security

Navyaz Prive accepts payments through online payments, UPI, cards, cash, and other supported payment methods. Online payments may be processed through Cashfree Payment Gateway or other authorized payment partners.

We do not store complete card numbers, CVV, UPI PIN, banking passwords, or sensitive payment authentication details on our website.

5. Cookies, Analytics & Advertising

7. Cancellation, Refund & Reschedule Policy

  • Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
  • All salon services are non-refundable once booked, availed, partially availed, or completed.
  • No refund shall be provided for dissatisfaction after service completion; however, genuine service concerns may be reviewed by management.
  • Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or appointment rescheduling, depending on availability.
  • Navyaz Prive reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to staff availability, technical issues, emergencies, or operational reasons.

8. Membership & Package Policy

Navyaz Prive offers salon membership plans and service packages subject to plan-specific validity, benefits, and usage terms.

  • Silver Plan: Valid for 2 months.
  • Gold Plan: Valid for 3 months.
  • Diamond Plan: Valid for 6 months.
  • Memberships and packages are non-refundable once purchased.
  • Unused benefits cannot be converted into cash.
  • Discounts, complimentary services, and priority benefits are valid only within the package validity period.
  • Membership benefits are subject to appointment availability and salon operating policies.
  • Packages may not be transferred unless approved by Navyaz Prive management.

9. Bridal Booking Terms

  • Bridal bookings require a minimum 50% advance payment to confirm the booking.
  • Bridal booking advance is strictly non-refundable.
  • Rescheduling is allowed subject to artist availability, date availability, and prior notice.
  • Final balance payment must be completed before or on the service date, as communicated by the salon.
  • Any delay, location change, additional service, extra person, or extended timing may attract additional charges.

10. Gift Card Policy

  • Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
  • Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Expired, lost, or misused gift cards may not be reissued.
  • Gift cards can be used only for salon services at Navyaz Prive, unless stated otherwise.

11. Health, Allergy & Service Disclaimer

Clients are requested to disclose any allergies, skin sensitivity, pregnancy, medical conditions, recent treatments, hair/scalp concerns, or medication before availing any service.

Navyaz Prive will take reasonable care while providing services, but shall not be responsible for reactions or results arising from undisclosed medical conditions, allergies, previous chemical treatments, or incorrect information provided by the client.

12. Photography & Social Media Consent

Navyaz Prive may request permission to capture photographs or videos of salon results for portfolio, training, marketing, Instagram, Facebook, website, or promotional use.

We will use client photographs or videos for promotional purposes only with client consent. Clients may request removal of identifiable media by contacting us.

13. Salon Etiquette & Women-Focused Service Policy

  • Navyaz Prive is a luxury beauty lounge focused on women’s salon and beauty services.
  • Clients are expected to maintain respectful behavior toward staff and other guests.
  • Outside beauty products may not be used during services unless approved by the salon.
  • The salon reserves the right to refuse service in case of misconduct, unsafe behavior, hygiene concerns, or violation of salon policies.
  • Children or accompanying guests may be restricted depending on service type, space, and safety considerations.

14. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share limited information only with trusted service providers, payment gateways, website hosting partners, marketing platforms, analytics providers, legal authorities, or professional advisors where required for business, legal, or operational purposes.
