Cancellation & Refund Policy
This policy explains cancellation, rescheduling, refund, bridal booking, membership, package, gift card, payment, and no-show terms for Navyaz Prive – Luxury Beauty Lounge.

1. About This Policy
This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to Navyaz Prive – Luxury Beauty Lounge,
owned by Suhani Bhardwaj, located at
Bldg No-176, Sector 7 Road, Sector 7, Malviya Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302017.
By booking an appointment, purchasing a membership, paying an advance, booking bridal services, purchasing a gift card,
or using our salon services, the client agrees to this policy.
2. Appointment Cancellation
- Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may require rebooking.
- Same-day cancellations may not be eligible for adjustment, depending on service type and slot availability.
- Navyaz Prive reserves the right to confirm cancellations through phone, WhatsApp, SMS, or email.
3. Rescheduling Policy
- Rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours before the appointment.
- Rescheduling is subject to artist, staff, service room, and slot availability.
- Repeated rescheduling may require management approval.
- High-demand, bridal, festive, or premium slots may have stricter rescheduling conditions.
4. Refund Policy for Salon Services
- All salon services are non-refundable once booked, availed, partially availed, or completed.
- No refund shall be provided after a service has been performed.
- Beauty, hair, skin, nail, and chemical service results may vary depending on hair condition, skin type, previous treatments, aftercare, lifestyle, and natural texture.
- Client dissatisfaction after completion does not automatically qualify for refund.
- Genuine service concerns may be reviewed by management, and any corrective support shall be at the sole discretion of Navyaz Prive.
5. Late Arrival Policy
- Clients arriving 15 minutes or more late may need rescheduling if other bookings are lined up.
- Late arrival may reduce service time to avoid delays for other clients.
- If the appointment cannot be completed due to late arrival, rebooking may be required.
- Navyaz Prive may not be responsible for reduced results caused by shortened service time due to late arrival.
6. No-Show Policy
- If a client does not arrive for the scheduled appointment without prior notice, it will be treated as a no-show.
- For no-show appointments, rebooking will be required.
- Any advance paid for selected bookings may be adjusted or forfeited depending on the booking type, service type, and management decision.
- Repeated no-shows may require advance payment for future bookings.
7. Advance Booking Terms
- Certain services, premium slots, bridal services, festive bookings, long-duration services, or high-value appointments may require advance payment.
- Advance payment confirms reservation of service time, staff, artist, room, or required resources.
- Advance payments may be non-refundable depending on the booking type and cancellation timing.
- Booking confirmation is subject to successful payment and salon confirmation.
8. Bridal Booking Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Bridal bookings require minimum 50% advance payment to confirm the booking.
- Bridal advance payment is strictly non-refundable.
- The bridal advance blocks the artist, date, timing, and preparation slot; therefore, it cannot be refunded after confirmation.
- Rescheduling is allowed subject to artist availability, date availability, and prior notice.
- Home bridal makeup and destination bridal services are subject to availability.
- Travel, stay, conveyance, early morning charges, waiting charges, venue changes, and outside Jaipur charges may apply separately.
- Any additional person, service, timing extension, look change, or venue change may attract extra charges.
9. Membership & Package Refund Policy
Navyaz Prive memberships and packages are designed with plan-specific validity, benefits, and usage rules.
- Silver Plan: Valid for 2 months.
- Gold Plan: Valid for 3 months.
- Diamond Plan: Valid for 6 months.
- Memberships and packages are strictly individual.
- Memberships and packages are non-refundable once purchased.
- Unused services, discounts, complimentary benefits, or package value cannot be converted into cash.
- Unused package sessions expire automatically after the validity period and cannot be refunded, transferred, or extended unless approved by management.
- Membership appointments are subject to salon availability and prior booking.
10. Gift Card Refund Policy
- Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
- Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Expired, lost, stolen, damaged, or misused gift cards may not be replaced or reissued.
- Gift cards can be used only for eligible salon services at Navyaz Prive, unless stated otherwise.
11. Payment Gateway, Failed Payment & Duplicate Transaction
- Online payments may be processed through Cashfree Payment Gateway or other authorized payment partners.
- If payment is deducted but booking is not confirmed, clients must contact us with transaction ID, payment screenshot, booking details, and contact number.
- Failed, pending, or delayed payment status will be verified with the payment gateway or bank before confirmation or refund decision.
- Duplicate successful transactions may be reviewed and adjusted after payment verification.
- Any approved refund related to payment error may take 7–10 business days, depending on the payment gateway, bank, or payment provider.
12. Festival, Wedding Season & High-Demand Booking Policy
- During festive periods, wedding season, weekends, public holidays, and high-demand dates, advance booking may be required.
- Cancellation and rescheduling flexibility may be limited during peak periods.
- Premium slots, bridal slots, and artist-specific bookings may be subject to stricter confirmation and cancellation terms.
- Any special offer, discount, or festive package may have separate validity and refund conditions.
13. Refund Processing Timeline
- Refunds are generally not applicable for completed, partially completed, or confirmed non-refundable services.
- If any refund is approved by management due to payment error, duplicate transaction, or exceptional reason, processing may take 7–10 business days.
- Refund timelines may vary based on Cashfree, bank, UPI provider, card network, or payment partner policies.
- Navyaz Prive is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or third-party payment processors.
14. Emergency, Operational & Force Majeure Rescheduling
Navyaz Prive reserves the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel appointments due to unavoidable circumstances including staff illness,
artist unavailability, technical issues, power failure, salon maintenance, safety concerns, emergencies, natural events, government restrictions,
transportation issues, or other operational disruptions.
In such cases, the salon will make reasonable efforts to offer an alternate appointment slot.
15. Client Responsibility
- Clients must provide accurate booking, contact, service, and payment details.
- Clients must disclose allergies, sensitivities, pregnancy, medical conditions, previous treatments, or chemical history before services.
- Clients must follow aftercare instructions recommended by salon professionals.
- Reduced or changed results due to incorrect aftercare, undisclosed history, external products, or services taken elsewhere shall not qualify for refund.
16. Policy Updates
Navyaz Prive may update this Cancellation & Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in service operations, payment processes,
membership rules, bridal booking terms, offers, or legal requirements.
Updated policies will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Cancellation & Refund Policy shall be governed by the applicable laws of India.
Any dispute, claim, or legal proceeding arising from cancellations, refunds, payments, bookings, memberships, bridal services,
gift cards, or salon policies shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in
Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

clients acknowledge and agree to
non-refundable service terms,
24-hour cancellation policy,

and applicable salon guidelines.
