1. About Navyaz Prive Gift Cards

This Gift Card Policy applies to Navyaz Prive – Luxury Beauty Lounge , owned by Suhani Bhardwaj , located at Bldg No-176, Sector 7 Road, Sector 7, Malviya Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302017 .

Navyaz Prive offers premium virtual gift cards that may be purchased and redeemed for eligible salon services, subject to this policy.

4. Redemption Policy

• Gift cards may be redeemed only for eligible salon services at Navyaz Prive.
• Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, refunds, memberships, or monetary exchange.
• Redemption is subject to appointment availability .
• Partial redemption is allowed. Remaining balance may be used later within the validity period.
• Any unused balance after expiry will automatically lapse.

5. Transferability

• Gift cards are transferable only once.
• Once transferred and redeemed, the gift card cannot be reassigned or reissued.
• Navyaz Prive may request identity verification before processing transfer-related requests.

6. Non-Refundable Policy

• Gift cards are strictly non-refundable .
• Gift cards cannot be cancelled once issued.
• No refund shall be provided for partially used, unused, expired, or transferred gift cards.
• Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, bank transfer, wallet transfer, or other monetary value.

7. Promotional & Discount Usage

• Gift cards cannot be combined with selected promotional offers, coupons, memberships, festive discounts, or bundled campaigns unless specifically stated by Navyaz Prive.
• Complimentary offers associated with gift cards may have separate validity and usage conditions.

8. Virtual Gift Card Delivery

• Navyaz Prive currently issues virtual gift cards .
• Gift cards may be delivered through WhatsApp, email, SMS, or other digital methods.
• Clients are responsible for providing accurate recipient information during purchase.
• Navyaz Prive is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect contact details or technical issues outside salon control.

9. Fraud, Misuse & Cancellation Rights

• Navyaz Prive reserves the right to suspend, reject, cancel, or invalidate gift cards in cases of fraud, misuse, suspicious activity, unauthorized resale, payment dispute, policy violation, or illegal activity.
• Any fraudulent transaction may be reported to relevant authorities if required.
• The salon may request verification before redemption for security purposes.

10. Lost, Misused or Unauthorized Usage

• Navyaz Prive is not responsible for unauthorized usage caused by sharing, forwarding, or disclosure of gift card details.
• Clients are advised to protect gift card details carefully.
• Lost or misused virtual gift cards may not be replaced unless verified and approved by management.

11. Appointment & Service Availability

• Gift card redemption depends on artist, service slot, and salon availability.
• Advance booking is recommended for weekends, festive dates, and bridal services.
• Certain premium services may require additional payment beyond the available gift card balance.

12. Payment & Transaction Verification

• Online gift card payments may be processed through authorized payment gateways including Cashfree Payment Gateway .
• Gift card issuance is subject to successful payment confirmation.
• In case of duplicate payment, failed payment, or transaction dispute, verification may be required before gift card activation or adjustment.

13. Policy Updates

Navyaz Prive reserves the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or update this Gift Card Policy at any time to reflect changes in business operations, legal requirements, payment systems, or salon services.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Gift Card Policy shall be governed by the applicable laws of India.

Any dispute, claim, or legal proceeding related to gift card purchase, usage, redemption, transfer, cancellation, payment, or salon policies shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India .
