Booking & Appointments

Helpful answers for clients planning their visit to Navyaz Prive.

Do I need to book an appointment before visiting?

Yes, appointments are strongly recommended for a smooth luxury experience. Walk-ins may be accepted only if slots, artists, and service rooms are available.

How can I book my appointment?

You can book through our website, WhatsApp, phone call, Instagram DM, or by visiting the salon directly.

What are the salon timings?

Navyaz Prive is open Monday to Sunday, 10:00 AM to 8:30 PM.

Should I arrive before my appointment time?

Yes. We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes early so your consultation and service can begin comfortably.

What if I reach late for my appointment?

Clients arriving 15 minutes or more late may need rescheduling if other bookings are lined up. Service duration may also be reduced.

Can I reschedule my appointment?

Yes. Please request rescheduling at least 24 hours before your appointment. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

Payments, Cancellation & Refund

Are salon services refundable?

No. All salon services are non-refundable once booked, availed, partially availed, or completed.

What is the cancellation policy?

Clients may cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

What happens if I do not come for my appointment?

In case of no-show, rebooking will be required. Repeated no-shows may require advance payment for future bookings.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept online payments, UPI, cards, cash, and supported payment methods. Online payments may be processed through Cashfree Payment Gateway.

What should I do if payment is deducted but booking is not confirmed?

Please contact us with transaction ID, payment screenshot, booking details, and phone number. We will verify the payment status before confirming or adjusting the booking.

Bridal & Destination Services

For brides looking for a premium, planned, and seamless beauty experience.

Do you provide bridal makeup services?

Yes. Navyaz Prive offers premium bridal makeup and complete bridal beauty services with advance booking.

Do you provide home bridal makeup?

Yes. Home bridal makeup is available subject to artist availability, location, timing, and booking confirmation.

Do you provide destination bridal services?

Yes. Destination bridal services are available. Travel, stay, conveyance, early morning, waiting, and outside Jaipur charges may apply separately.

How much advance is required for bridal booking?

Bridal bookings require minimum 50% advance payment. Bridal advance is strictly non-refundable.

Can I reschedule my bridal booking?

Rescheduling is allowed subject to artist availability, date availability, and prior notice.

Membership Plans

What membership plans are available?

Navyaz Prive offers Silver, Gold, and Diamond membership plans with plan-specific validity, benefits, and salon privileges.

What is the validity of each membership plan?

Silver Plan is valid for 2 months, Gold Plan for 3 months, and Diamond Plan for 6 months.

Can I share my membership with someone else?

No. Memberships are strictly individual and cannot be used by another person.

Are memberships refundable?

No. Memberships and packages are non-refundable once purchased.

Can unused membership benefits be converted into cash?

No. Unused services, discounts, complimentary benefits, or package value cannot be converted into cash.

Gift Cards

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes. Navyaz Prive offers virtual gift cards for eligible salon services.

What is the minimum gift card value?

The minimum gift card value is ₹1,500. Maximum value may be selected by the client.

What is the validity of a gift card?

Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. After expiry, they become completely invalid.

Can I use part of my gift card now and the rest later?

Yes. Partial redemption is available. Remaining balance can be used later within the validity period.

Can gift cards be refunded or redeemed for cash?

No. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Can I combine a gift card with offers or discounts?

No. Gift cards cannot be combined with selected offers, memberships, coupons, or promotional discounts unless specifically approved by Navyaz Prive.

Is Navyaz Prive only for women?

Navyaz Prive is a luxury beauty lounge focused on women’s salon and beauty services.

Can I bring someone with me?

Yes, one extra guest is allowed, subject to space and salon comfort.

Are kids allowed inside the salon?

Kids under 8 years are allowed with guardian responsibility.

Are male companions allowed?

Male companions are not allowed inside the salon service area.

Can the salon refuse service?

Yes. Navyaz Prive reserves the right to refuse, stop, or discontinue service in case of misconduct, unsafe behavior, hygiene concerns, abusive language, or policy violation.

Service Results, Allergies & Aftercare

What clients should know before hair, skin, nail, beauty, or chemical services.

Can my service result vary from the reference image?

Yes. Reference images help our artists understand your preference, but exact results cannot be guaranteed due to individual hair, skin, texture, and previous treatment differences.

Do I need to tell the salon about allergies or medical conditions?

Yes. Clients must disclose allergies, skin sensitivity, pregnancy, medical conditions, recent treatments, medication, hair/scalp concerns, or previous chemical treatments before services.

Do hair colour or chemical results vary?

Yes. Hair colour, smoothening, keratin, skin, nail, and chemical service results may vary depending on previous treatments, hair condition, skin type, natural texture, and aftercare.

Do I need to follow aftercare instructions?

Yes. For best and long-lasting results, clients should follow aftercare instructions recommended by salon professionals.
