We recommend booking in advance for weekends, bridal services, festive dates, and premium service slots.

- Premium slots may require advance confirmation.

Booking Rules
- Please arrive at least 10 minutes early.
- 15+ minute late arrivals may require rescheduling if other bookings are lined up.
- Rescheduling should be requested at least 24 hours before.
- Appointments are subject to artist, staff, and slot availability.
Guest Policy
- Navyaz Prive is a women-focused luxury beauty lounge.
- One extra guest is allowed, subject to space and salon comfort.
- Kids under 8 years are allowed with guardian responsibility.
- Male companions are not allowed inside the salon service area.
Payment & Confirmation
- Selected services may require advance payment.
- Online payments may be processed through Cashfree Payment Gateway.
- Booking is confirmed after successful payment and salon confirmation.
- Failed or pending payments may require verification.
Bridal & Destination Bookings
Bridal bookings are handled with priority planning to secure artist timing, preparation, consultation, and premium service experience.
- Bridal booking requires 50% advance payment.
- Bridal advance is non-refundable.
- Home bridal makeup is available.
- Destination bridal services are available.
- Travel, stay, early morning, waiting, and outside Jaipur charges may apply separately.
- Early booking is highly recommended for wedding season.
Membership Priority Booking
Navyaz Prive membership clients enjoy plan-based benefits and priority support for appointments, offers, and selected premium slots.
- Silver Plan: Valid for 2 months.
- Gold Plan: Valid for 3 months.
- Diamond Plan: Valid for 6 months.
- Memberships are strictly individual.
- Membership appointments are subject to availability.

Do I need an appointment before visiting?
Walk-ins may be accepted depending on availability, but appointments are strongly recommended for a smoother luxury experience.

Are bridal bookings available at home or destination?
Yes. Home bridal makeup and destination bridal services are available. Travel, stay, outside Jaipur, and additional logistics charges may apply.
Can I bring someone with me?

Are salon services refundable?
All salon services are non-refundable once booked, availed, partially availed, or completed. Genuine service concerns may be reviewed by management.
